the letter to parents

Dear Dad and Mom,

I have been in the USA for one month and I quickly adapted to life here.

Firstly, I want to talk about my daily life at Webb. We generally start our first class at 8 oclock and then we just need to follow the schedule to go to different classes. In the first week, I met some trouble I dont know where I should go and my classmates and I usually went to the wrong place. It made our teachers think that we were missing. But we solved the problem quickly.  Then I would like to talk about my after-school sports. In the first week, I joined Cross-Country; we had to practice every day and that made me very tired.  So I quit this team. Now, I am in the school basketball team; I like basketball and that makes me feel happy and excited in comparison to the cross country.

Secondly, I would like to say something about my study. Here I will focus on my homework and classroom performance. In the first week, I missed some homework because I didnt notice my renwebb. In addition, I was not very sure about how to do my membean, which made me lose lots of grades. Grammar also makes me feel a little bit hard and at the last test, I lost many grades because of my carelessness. But I will try to avoid my carelessness at the next test. I think my biggest improvement at Webb is that I will prepare my test beforehand and that enables me to get well-prepared and finally obtain 100 points at tests or quizzes of such courses as science and math.

I'm happy to make steady progress and meet with all the lovely teachers at Webb. At the same time,I still miss China quite often and I want to return to China for delicious Chinese food in the near future.
