I was at a crossroads when I had to make an important decision in Grade Four of my primary school years. At that time, I was 9 or 10 years old, and  my school track team send me an invitation to practice 100 and 200meter dashes. There were a couple of reasons stimulating me to join the school track team. Firstly, I could always get first at earlier 100 and 200meter races; therefore, my school team coach would focus on training me if I agreed to join the team. Secondly, a number of track competitions are usually held at my hometown; therefore, distinct advantages will be secured for my application to top junior middle schools if I am fortunately, won a medal at those high-level competitions. But my parents explicated some disadvantages for me to join the school track team, almost disagree with me with my original decision.
